I am Otto Louter, a photographer based in the Netherlands, with a deep passion for capturing people and street scenes. My photography is centered around the streets, where I am always on the lookout for moments where “light meets life.”

My photographic journey began as a casual hobby during vacations, with fond memories of my dad capturing family portraits in my childhood.

Over the years, my love for (street) photography has flourished. Exploring the city with my camera has become one of my favorite pastimes.

Conducting thorough research and having a plan in place helps me work with purpose. Nevertheless, venturing out without a specific plan sometimes leads to unexpectedly remarkable outcomes.
